Description

Provides routine and preventive health care services including primary care, short-notice/same-day appointments, family medicine, pediatrics, adult medicine, behavioral health and group classes. Behavioral health services include psychiatry, short-term individual and family therapy, outpatient care for substance abuse, support groups, and crisis management and referral into long-term treatment for children and adults. Care coordinators relay messages to doctors and assist patients with medical concerns. Clients can reach their doctor's care coordinator by calling the backdoor number and leave a message.
