Walk-in service at 8:30am until capacity is reached otherwise by appointment.
Fees
CCHP, straight Medi-Cal, Managed Medi-Cal plans and credit cards. If individual does not qualify for FPACT coverage there is a sliding scale fee. No checks are accepted.
