Provides free surgical eye care for those individuals with no insurance and limited incomes. All clients must have a doctors referral and be sponsored by a member Lions Club. Areas covered include diagnostic testing, eye surgical care and eye medications. All services are performed in San Francisco at California Pacific Medical Center. The Foundation does not provide eye glasses, contact lenses or low vision aids.
