Contra Costa County
Provides information, referrals, resources, and follow-up services to assist families and caregivers impacted by the sleep-related death of an infant under 12 months in Contra Costa County. Offers community educational activities, expands awareness about SIDS/SUID and safe sleep recommendations. The program may be available to provide trainings on safe sleep to community groups, childcare professionals, health providers, and others.
