CARE Center: Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm (closed 12pm - 1pm) Resource Center: 8am - 3pm, Saturday and Sunday, 8am - 2pm (closed 11:30am - 12:45pm daily)

Application process

Walk-in to complete an initial intake into Coordinated Entry System of Care. Housing navigation is on a drop-in basis; first come, first served.

Contra Costa County
Provides basic needs where homeless individuals can have access to meals, mailbox, showers, and phones. Offers case management services and housing navigation for homeless adults, transitional aged youth and families. Provides a warming center for single adults including breakfast and dinner. Warming center is open year round. Center serves a a cooling center during summer heat waves for homeless individuals or families.

Provides an emergency family shelter to homeless families. Service includes meals, shelter and supportive services to help clients become self-sufficient. GRIP is an interfaith, interracial coalition of congregations - Christians, Catholics, Protestants, Jews, Muslims and Sikh - working to end family homelessness in West Contra Costa County.
