Description
Provides primary care to women, transgender and genderqueer people who lack access to quality care because of their sexual or gender identity, regardless of ability to pay. Also provides support services to women, transgender and genderqueer people who are homeless and/or HIV+. Services include primary care, HIV-primary care, transgender health care, gynecologic care, hormone therapy for gender transition, breast health services, chronic disease management, vaccinations, mental health services, case Management, healthy living information and referrals.
