Trained legal interviewers screen clients to determine the location and language requirements for the most convenient referral possible. If it is determined that a lawyer's advice is recommended, clients are scheduled for a thirty-minute consultation with the appropriate attorney in the area. If a legal consultation is not necessary, clients are referred to an appropriate organization or agency in the area.
