Services include assistance with finding and selecting child care and family resources, guidance and support applying for subsidized child care, technical assistance to child care professionals, child care needs assessment upon request, and parent education opportunities.

Offers a specialized educational environment for preschool aged children who have experienced trauma and other stressor related challenges. Transition assistance is provided to all children graduating into TK/Kindergarten. Upon graduation from CTP, families are offered transition services which follow the child through TK/Kindergarten and first grade. Team works with the child caregiver and teach to support child's success in school.

Program supports early childhood development through age-appropriate learning experiences, creative play, and caring guidance. Preschool also focuses on developing essential skills in early literacy & language, math/problem solving, social and emotional growth, self expression, and physical coordination/motor skills.
