Records and loans educational tapes for readers with visual disabilities or physical or learning disabilities that make it difficult to read books. The library carries over 65,000 recordings, ranging from fourth grade through post-graduate and professional texts, also classics and other books. Clients can also provide their own books to be taped by volunteers. Complex materials, such as law and medical books or computer manuals, require specialized readers and a significant amount of time. Provides downloadable AudioPlus books for over 65,000 books.

Provides intensive, disability specific educational services for enrolled students who are blind, visually impaired, deaf/blind, and visually impaired/multi-disabled. Whose primary learning needs are related to their visual impairment. Offers a school based day program for blind and visually impaired individuals ages 7-22, a residential program for ages 9-22 and a transition program for ages 16-22. Referrals for admission to CSB must be made by the student's school district or SELPA in conjunction with the student's family.
