Nonpublic Special Schools | California State School for the Deaf
Provides early childhood education for Bay Area children ages 3-6, elementary, middle school, and high school education, as well as a career center, transition services, and resource center for Deaf for individuals from San Louis Obispo to the Oregon border. Whose primary learning needs are related to their visual impairment. Offers a school based day program for blind and visually impaired individuals ages 7-22, a residential program for ages 9-22 and a transition program for ages 16-22. Referrals for admission to CSB must be made by the student's school district or SELPA in conjunction with the student's family.
