To meet the daycare needs of working families, the program operates year-round and services are provided on shortened school days and non-school days. Program hours for regular school days are 2:30-6pm, shortened school days are 1-6pm and on non-school days 9-6pm.

Provides administration over all Lafayette city parks and recreational activities, community centers and a senior ride service Lamorinda Spirit. A variety of classes are available for children, teens, and adults including art classes, dance and exercise classes, sports, after-school and summer camps including trips.
