Offers Child Care Solutions program designed for children who display the following behaviors in their school setting: anger, aggression, unhappiness, distant, unable to play with peers, overly shy, recovering from a traumatic event, excessive worry, accident prone, hyperactivity or delayed in development. Services can include observation and assessment, staff consultation, brief parent counseling in the home, community or office, support for teachers and school directors, in-service training for staff and community referrals.

Offers a group of professionals (consultants) who work to support teachers and early learning professional to manage emotional and behavioral challenges in the classroom. This service is available to any private, public, home, or center based preschool or day care in Contra Costa County. Services are free of charge for all families and schools.

Provides mental health consultation to preschool teachers and administrators for help in dealing with children's emotional and behavioral issues to prevent expulsion from preschool and daycare.
