Juvenile Diversion | Youth Justice Program - RYSE Youth Center

Runaway/Homeless Youth Helplines | Safe Place - Runaway & Homeless Youth Line - Northern California Family Center

Provides hotline runaway and homeless youth offering shelter options, mediation, information and referral, and phone or in-person counseling. Provides free, immediate help to youth ages 0-17, including immediate housing in a foster home, crisis counseling, family mediation, transportation and referrals. Center is a Safe Place site. If a longer stay is needed, the youth would likely be placed in a foster home for shelter. SAFE Place is not a long-term shelter.

Talklines/Warmlines | Contra Costa Breastfeeding Support Warmline - CC Health

Provides dependable breastfeeding information and support to Contra Costa County women including answers to breastfeeding questions, follow-up support (warmline consultants will continue support of a breastfeeding mother to help her resolve breastfeeding problems), referrals to WIC Breastfeeding Counselors (for WIC participants only), referrals to in-person lactation support, and referrals to other services as appropriate. Staffed by volunteers who are experts on breastfeeding and related issues, all calls made to the warmline are responded to within 24 hours, 7 days a week.
