Provides information, referral, publications, training and consultations regarding parenting with a disability. Disseminates disability-appropriate information regarding parenting to parents, disability advocates, and legal, medical, intervention and social services providers.

Offers Nurturing Parenting Program (NPP) an evidence based, voluntary parent education program that supports parents from the Strengthening Families Approach and Protective Factors Framework to prevent child abuse and neglect. Classes are available to parents with special needs children as well.

Offers virtual and in-person parenting classes and workshops and activities for families such as art, music and more. Clients can meet with a community resource specialist and socialize with other parents. Center offers Kinder Readiness classes, and ASQ3, and ASQSE (ages and stages questionnaires to help parents understand their child's development). Additional supportive services, resources, events and activities to support families in need.

LIFT (Learning for Infants and Families Together) team for infants to 3. Provides developmental playgroup which includes facilitated and speech play, structured circle-time, snack-time, outside time, 1-2 home visits per month and case management as needed.

Provides evidence-based, court approved parenting classes available in person and online, including Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) and specialized classes for fathers, parents of teens, and families of children with developmental, behavioral, or physical special needs. All classes include a coaching component to support skill-building and application at home for parents of children ages 0–17, including those with special needs. Programs are available in English and Spanish languages.

Provides services to support transition-age foster care youth with disabilities and their children. Offers case management both home and community based services including; parent/infant or parent/child mental health services, child birth education, developmental assessment and intervention, adaptive parenting equipment and strategies.
