Service includes case management services assisting residents with linkage to appropriate support programs and organizations including, housing support, social and human resource services, employment search and placement, legal services, counseling and health needs. Some rooms are made available for couples or individuals with special needs. Center has 15 spots available to serve as a warming center (overnight stay) for vulnerable populations.

Offers private family rooms, 3 meals per day, mailing address, telephone/voicemail access, housing advocacy, vocational assistance, referrals to substance abuse and mental health treatment. Minor child must be in the direct care of the adult for shelter placement when offered shelter placement.

In addition to providing basic needs of shelter, shower, food, and clothing, the program includes care coordination and housing location services assisting residents with move-in and short term rental assistance where appropriate. In addition to housing, employment, and clinical support services, the program offers on-site health care services provided by the county and linkages to legal aid and other social and human resource services.

Provides day services for individuals experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of homelessness. Services include hot breakfast and lunch, showers, laundry facilities, donated clothing, and mail services. Member advocates assist individuals with obtaining vital documents, developing practical life skills, preparing for housing, navigating community resources, and connecting with community partners that provide transitional and permanent supportive housing. New and returning members may complete a Housing Needs Assessment during intake through Contra Costa County Coordinated Entry for consideration in the countywide housing queue. Does not operate as a year-round shelter. Individuals seeking local shelter referrals are directed to 211 or CORE. Offers a seasonal Evening Program seven nights a week from December through March for up to 30 participants per night. Enrollment begins in early November and requires a referral from a Trinity Center member advocate; open enrollment is not available. Participants meet weekly with an advocate while working toward stable employment and/or housing. Dinner is provided each evening. During weekend checkout, participants receive a bagged breakfast at 6:30 am. On weekdays, participants may return for breakfast when the Day Center opens at 8 am.
