Provides emergency and transitional housing for families. Offers private family rooms, 3 meals per day, mailing address, telephone/voicemail access, housing advocacy, vocational assistance, referrals to substance abuse and mental health treatment. Minor child must be in the direct care of the adult for shelter placement when offered shelter placement.

Provides limited intake for Christian based full-time year long program. Services include, meals, case management, spiritual counseling. Accepts walk-ins until 5pm.

Provides shelter and substance abuse recovery services for women. Services include legal and court assistance, parenting/pregnancy education/support, HIV/AIDS testing and education, job training and support, bible studies, and AA and NA meetings on site. Pregnant women can stay up to a year after the birth of their child.

Provides an evening winter program for single homeless adults who are current members of the center. Evening programs opens December 11 thru April 10. Service animals may be allowed, up to the center's discretion.

Provides an emergency shelter for homeless individuals age 18-24. Services include food, clothing, crisis intervention, case management and wrap around services such as education and health care. Offers peer-led groups, held weekly on-site. Calli House is located adjacent to Brookside Shelter.

In addition to housing, employment, and clinical support services, the program offers on-site health care services provided by the county and linkages to legal aid and other social and human resource services.

Provides emergency adult shelter for single adults. Provides the basic needs of shelter, shower, food, and clothing. Service includes case management services assisting residents with linkage to appropriate support programs and organizations including, housing support, social and human resource services, employment search and placement, legal services, counseling and health needs. Some rooms are made available for couples or individuals with special needs.

Provides couples, families, or individuals living in their vehicles, a safe parking lot to park nightly. Safe parking lot program is a year-round program able to accommodate 15 cars per night.

Provides a respite and services for low-income adults and/or homeless in the Walnut Creek area. Provides job and housing search assistance, mailbox, showers, clothing, a washer and dryer, case management, alcohol and other drug services, advocacy and assistance in accessing county, state and federal services, including SSI and Food Stamp benefits. Client in need of housing navigation ONLY, must contact other coordinated entry providers. Specializing in single adult men and women; very limited services for families; no childcare is provided.

Provides shelter for 10 families and provides three meals a day, dependent on availability. All families have a case manager on-site. Tutoring services are available for children and adults.

Provides shelter for Contra Costa homeless families (men and women) WITH dependent children. Shelter is located at various churches; locations rotate from Orinda on the west to Danville on the south to Antioch on the East/North. Shelter will close for the season on June 2026.
