Provides administration over all Concord city parks and recreational activities, aquatic facilities, dog park, and community centers. Offers a variety of classes available for children, teens and adults including art classes, dance, exercise classes, martial arts, sports, music lessons, summer camps and trips. Provides aquatic programs for all ages. Offers year round lap and exercise swimming for adults 18 and over. Accepts donations as scholarship money for low income children's swim lessons.
