Provides a one-stop family resource center serving families of children with disabilities and special needs. Care Parent Network helps families meet the challenges of parenting a child with special needs. Care Parent Network offers one-to-one support, information, virtual workshops, referrals, mentors parents, and support group meetings. Provides information about transitioning a child with intellectual and developmental disabilities from the public-school system into programs for adults. Offers two father support groups available in English and in Spanish as well as an African American support group. All services are in English and Spanish. Offers virtual support group for black/multi-racial families who are raising individuals with special needs.
