Provides telephone and email peer-counseling as well as factual LGBTQIA+ information and local resources for cities and towns across the United States. Callers of all ages are able to talk about coming-out issues, relationship concerns, HIV/AIDS anxiety, safer-sex information and many other topics. Maintains a database that contains information with LGBTQIA+ information and local resources across the United States. Also has a separate Youth Talkline manned by volunteers who are in their teens and early twenties that speak with other teens and young adults up to the age of 25 about LGBTQIA+ issues and concerns.
