Provides emergency shelter and interim, non-congregate housing for single adults. In addition to providing basic needs of shelter, shower, food, and clothing, the program includes care coordination and housing location services assisting residents with move-in and short term rental assistance where appropriate. In addition to housing, employment, and clinical support services, the program offers on-site health care services provided by the county and linkages to legal aid and other social and human resource services.

Provides low-income men and women in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties with quality business clothing appropriate for job interviews and the professional workplace as well as career development support. Each client receives two interviewing outfits for interviews and a working wardrobe when jobs are obtained. Provides a broad range of services to adults with psychiatric disabilities. Issues include, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, PTSD, anxiety, relationship conflict, developmental concerns, prescription management, family communication and parenting issues. We offer two programs: Contra Costa Outpatient Pittsburg and Community Support Program (CSP). Outpatient offers services for mild and moderate psychiatric disabilities including weekly individual and group psychotherapy. CSP offers intensive services for severe psychiatric disabilities including case management, medication management, 24/7 hour crisis line, individual/group/family psychotherapy, housing/education/vocational support, peer support, and dual diagnosis treatment.
