Provides a centralized screening and referral point for linkage to Contra Costa's Alcohol and Other Drug System of Care, including Perinatal, Outpatient, Residential, Medication Assisted Treatment, and Withdrawal Management Services.

Provides a therapist referral service of gay, lesbian, transgender and bisexual therapists via online, offers seminars, consultations, and speakers by members on such LBGTQ-related topics as homophobia, coming out, gay marriage, HIV/AIDS, alternative families, parenting, gender identity, S/M/B/D, as well as how anxiety and depression affect our community.

Provides administration over all Concord city parks and recreational activities, aquatic facilities, dog park, and community centers. Offers Bright Beginnings program that is designed for children demonstrating a significant delay in communication and/or social skills, and who may or may not have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. Speech therapy is provided weekly and there is an Occupational Therapist on staff for consultation. Program includes interventions and strategies that reflect a respect for racial, ethnic and cultural diversity, as well as unique family difference.
