Provides intensive family-centered services to adolescents and young adults showing early signs of psychosis. Clinical High Risk (CHR) program works with young people at risk for or experiencing very early symptoms of psychosis, prior to a first psychotic episode. First Episode Psychosis (FEP) program works with those who have had a first psychotic episode within the past year. Services are designed to support recovery and functioning and to prevent the occurrence of an initial or subsequent episode of psychosis. Offers individual, family and group therapy, care coordination, multifamily groups, employment and education support, occupational therapy, peer support, substance use counseling and psychiatric services.

Provides a variety of programs for families with young children, age 0-5 years. Information on HMG playgroups and various activities available on Facebook page. Offers virtual and in-person parenting classes and workshops, and activities for families such as art, music and more. Clients can meet with a community resource specialist and socialize with other parents. Center offers Kinder Readiness classes, ages and stages developmental questionnaire and HMG playgroup.

Provides qualified low-income households free energy education, installation of weatherization measures, and free energy-efficient appliances in order to reduce the household's gas and electricity usage and hardship.

Offers Great Beginnings program which provides early intervention services to children between the ages of 2 and 3 years old who have been identified as having some type of developmental delay. Program is 5 days per week from 9am to 1:30pm. Program includes interventions and strategies that reflect a respect for racial, ethnic, and cultural diversity, as well as unique family differences.

Provides supportive counseling and coaching for parents navigating challenges with discipline, communication, co-parenting, or developmental concerns. Services are designed to build confidence, reduce parenting stress, and strengthen the parent-child bond using evidence-based models such as Triple P and trauma-informed strategies.

Offers assistance is to help prevent homelessness for households at immediate risk of becoming homeless, once every two years. Program provides limited financial assistance to eligible applicants for housing-related expenses. Assistance may be available for up to one month of rental arrears (back rent) for households that can demonstrate the ability to maintain ongoing housing costs after receiving support. Security deposit assistance may also be available for individuals or families who are relocating due to an unexpected or urgent situation, with requests required to be submitted within 30 days before or after the move-in date. This program does not provide assistance for more than one month of back rent, future or advance rent payments, late fees, or utility bills. Individuals requiring assistance beyond these limitations are encouraged to contact 211 for additional resources.

Offers free pregnancy testing and counseling to women on all reproductive health options including STI screenings for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea and limited ultrasounds. All services are free and confidential.
