Distributes Eyes of Hope gift certificates to low-income children through VSP's network of community partners. Parents and guardians interested in seeking assistance through the Eyes of Hope program must work through the VSP Provider. VSP does not issue gift certificates directly to the public. The local providers are listed on the website. School nurse and some youth programs may have applications and be able to provide assistance.

Public housing is handled by the Housing Authority Oakley, Pittsburg, North Richmond or Rodeo offices. The Central Wait List handles the public housing wait list and Section 8 housing wait list.
