Offers a specialized educational environment for preschool aged children who have experienced trauma and other stressor related challenges. Transition assistance is provided to all children graduating into TK/Kindergarten. Upon graduation from CTP, families are offered transition services which follow the child through TK/Kindergarten and first grade. Team works with the child caregiver and teach to support child's success in school.

Services include assistance with finding and selecting child care and family resources, guidance and support applying for subsidized child care, technical assistance to child care professionals, child care needs assessment upon request, and parent education opportunities.

Acts as the liaison between a pregnant woman and the services needed to provide the child a healthy start and the mother a healthy pregnancy. Coordinates initial prenatal appointment and referrals to programs for pregnant women i.e. WIC. Makes referrals as needed, offers genetic counseling, prenatal testing, brief counseling on substance abuse issues and community outreach.

Provides limited intake for Christian based full-time year long program. Services include, meals, case management, spiritual counseling.

Provides gently used toys, games, books and home items. Also provides non-perishable foods, toiletries and diapers. All items are free for individuals and families. Community members can donate items that are gently used.

Parent participation is required. Provides Certificate Parenting which is an adult only 10-week series for parents of birth to age 18-year-old children and offered in English and in Spanish. Anger Management is a 10-week series for adults only and offered in English and in Spanish.

Provides comprehensive services for children with disabilities including home-based parent/child intervention, infant/toddler developmental evaluation and early intervention, play therapy for children.

The Foundation does not provide for routine eye exams, eye glasses, contact lenses or low vision aids.

Offers crisis intervention, information, literature, and referrals to thousands of emergency, social service, and support resources to victims of child abuse. All calls are anonymous and confidential. The Hotline is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with professional crisis counselors who, through interpreters, can provide assistance in 140 languages.

Offers a variety of activities/sports for children, teens and adults. Classes may fill up fast or may be cancelled depending on registration.

Offers a variety of programs including English as a second language, GED test prep, High School Diploma, adult basic education, languages, computer education, arts & crafts, health and fitness, medical programs, photography, job training classes and programs for older adults. Offers traffic violator classes and trades education. Classes are held at different locations in the Richmond area.
