Offers home visiting services for prenatal and postpartum families in Contra Costa County. Services include information about pregnancy, infant care, safety, monthly socializations, helping to navigate the medical system and community resources that may be of interest. Special focus on helping parents to understand child development over the first two years of child's life through a structured, home-based curriculum.

Offers dental hygiene services to the public by dental hygiene students, at a reduced rate, under the supervision of a dentist and registered dental hygienists. Services include cleaning, x-rays, fluoride treatment and disease control instruction. No screening appointment required for children, but a parent or guardian must accompany all children. Provides respite (planned break) to: resource (foster) parents, to a limited number of Contra Costa County kin and fictive kin caregivers with a non-dependent Contra Costa County child, and biological parents with a child eligible for services through Regional Center of the East Bay. Adult learner/tutor pairs meet twice a week, for an hour and a half each time at libraries or other public locations throughout Contra Costa County.
