Offers Great Beginnings program which provides early intervention services to children between the ages of 2 and 3 years old who have been identified as having some type of developmental delay. Program is 5 days per week from 9am to 1:30pm. Program includes interventions and strategies that reflect a respect for racial, ethnic, and cultural diversity, as well as unique family differences.

Offers assistance is to help prevent homelessness for households at immediate risk of becoming homeless, once every two years. Program provides limited financial assistance to eligible applicants for housing-related expenses. Assistance may be available for up to one month of rental arrears (back rent) for households that can demonstrate the ability to maintain ongoing housing costs after receiving support. Security deposit assistance may also be available for individuals or families who are relocating due to an unexpected or urgent situation, with requests required to be submitted within 30 days before or after the move-in date. This program does not provide assistance for more than one month of back rent, future or advance rent payments, late fees, or utility bills. Individuals requiring assistance beyond these limitations are encouraged to contact 211 for additional resources.

Offers a supplemental nutrition program that helps low income pregnant women, mothers with infants, infants, and young children eat well, be active and stay healthy. Provides supplemental food benefits using a WIC card. Offers nutrition and breastfeeding support and education, and referrals to other health and community services. Provides a broad range of services to adults with psychiatric disabilities. Issues include, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, PTSD, anxiety, relationship conflict, developmental concerns, prescription management, family communication and parenting issues. We offer two programs: Contra Costa Outpatient Pittsburg and Community Support Program (CSP). Outpatient offers services for mild and moderate psychiatric disabilities including weekly individual and group psychotherapy. CSP offers intensive services for severe psychiatric disabilities including case management, medication management, 24/7 hour crisis line, individual/group/family psychotherapy, housing/education/vocational support, peer support, and dual diagnosis treatment.

Also provides self-help groups such as Methadone Anonymous; must be a client of BAART for additional counseling and groups.

Services include legal and court assistance, parenting/pregnancy education/support, HIV/AIDS testing and education, job training and support, bible studies, and AA and NA meetings on site. Pregnant women can stay up to a year after the birth of their child.

Provides immunization clinics which offer vaccines mainly for community members who don't have health insurance and children eligible for the free Vaccines for Children (VFC) program. Program does not accept private health insurance (i.e. Blue Shield, Kaiser). Patients must contact regular medical provider for vaccines. Immunization clinics offer: All doctor-recommended and school-required vaccines, COVID-19 vaccine, Mpox vaccine, and Flu vaccine.
