Provides three licensed adult group homes which serve a total of 18 residents up to 59 years of age. Each home has a personality of its own, reflecting the interests and needs of our residents. Residents learn daily living skills and successful social behavior in an environment which fosters and reflects an appreciation of individual diversity. The homes reflect the belief that the physical environment has a profound effect on the psychological environment, which in turn influences how well individuals perform.

Offers behavioral therapy provided by a licensed clinical social worker and psychiatrist. Services includes; individual, family, adolescent counseling, eating disorders, sexual orientation counseling, psychiatric evaluations, Autism therapy and ADHD. Provides telephone and email peer-counseling as well as factual LGBTQIA+ information and local resources for cities and towns across the United States. Callers of all ages are able to talk about coming-out issues, relationship concerns, HIV/AIDS anxiety, safer-sex information and many other topics. Maintains a database that contains information with LGBTQ information and local resources across the United States. Also has a separate Youth Talkline manned by volunteers who are in their teens and early twenties that speak with other teens and young adults up to the age of 25 about LGBTQIA+ issues and concerns. Youth chatrooms and peer support chat is also available online.

Offers 8-week developmental playgroups designed to help parents and children work together to meet the child's developmental goals. Playgroups facilitated by a child development specialist and early childhood teacher associate. Groups are designed to provide fun activities to promote each child's language, problem-solving, motor skills, and social interactions. Playgroups are held at the Pittsburg and Delta First 5 Centers. ASQ (Ages and Stages) questionnaires are completed prior to start of the playgroup and at the end of playgroup sessions. Staff assist in referral process if deemed necessary due to developmental concerns.

Due to Coronavirus COVID-19, all services are available by phone, email, or chat in multiple languages. Provides legal assistance to self-represented individuals (without a lawyer) to handle their own divorce, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, and paternity cases. Family Law Facilitators do not give legal advice; they provide assistance with forms and procedural information about the court process. Website has extensive information and forms which are required for filing. All family law paperwork must be filed at the Family Law Center in Martinez, CA. Provides hotline runaway and homeless youth offering shelter options, mediation, information and referral, and phone or in-person counseling. Provides free, immediate help to youth ages 0-17, including immediate housing in a foster home, crisis counseling, family mediation, transportation and referrals. Center is a Safe Place site. If a longer stay is needed, the youth would likely be placed in a foster home for shelter. SAFE Place is not a long-term shelter.

Center serves a a cooling center during summer heat waves for homeless individuals or families.

Provides a wide variety of health care services for women that include free pap smears, breast exams, birth control and STD/HIV testing to all women who qualify.

Provides adult basic education classes in the areas of reading, writing, math, and computer literacy. Best for people who want to improve their skills to prepare for college, pass employment and trade school tests, or meet personal goals. Morning and evening classes available.

A variety of classes are available for children, teens, and adults including dance and exercise classes, martial arts, sports, summer camps and trips. Summer program and after-school activities are provided by STS Academy, in collaboration with Pittsburg Unified School District and Pittsburg Recreation Department.
