Offers structured group therapy sessions that provide peer support and shared healing experiences. Groups are available for individuals dealing with similar challenges such as anger management, grief, parenting stress, trauma recovery, and more. All groups are facilitated by licensed clinicians trained in culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.

Provides outpatient alcohol/drug counseling for pregnant, parenting women/men 18+ with children ages 0-5 years of age. Offers pregnancy support, parenting education, child care, life skills education, 12-Step support, relapse prevention and family reunification support.

Offers one-stop center for people affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, elder abuse, child abuse and human trafficking. Center helps people in crisis to find hope, safety, and healing by being a one-stop center where many service providers are readily available including connections to telehealth appointments, mental health counseling and more.

Provides qualified low-income households free energy education, installation of weatherization measures, and free energy-efficient appliances in order to reduce the household's gas and electricity usage and hardship.

Coordinates a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT), which includes police, prosecutors, CFS, and others to respond to allegations of child abuse (primarily sexual abuse) and to connect families to resources. Conducts developmentally appropriate, recorded forensic interviews with children who are suspected or alleged victims of sexual or physical abuse, and also with child witnesses to these and other crimes. Provides 24-hour non-medical detoxification for women. Program includes a 30-90 day residential substance abuse treatment, an ongoing alcohol recovery program, one-on-one planning for recovery from alcohol and drug problems, and AA/NA meetings. The center is licensed and certified by the State of California, offering a social model alcohol detoxification program. Provides residential treatment program for women and pregnant women in the first two trimesters of pregnancy with alcohol and drug-related problems and education and supportive recovery services. Two detox beds available.

Provides free surgical eye care for those individuals with no insurance and limited incomes. All clients must have a doctors referral. Areas covered include diagnostic testing, eye surgical care and eye medications. All services are performed in San Francisco at California Pacific Medical Center. The Foundation does not provide for routine eye exams, eye glasses, contact lenses or low vision aids.
