Assists local councils on developmental disabilities in planning, coordinating, monitoring, advocacy, and evaluating services for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families to enhance independence, productivity and inclusion.

Provides family therapy to strengthen communication, resolves conflicts, and promotes healthy relationships among family members. Sessions may include parents, children, caregivers, or extended family and address issues such as blended family challenges, behavioral concerns, and strained relationships due to trauma, transitions, or mental health concerns.
